Landscape Plan.jpg (155541 bytes)After taking the "Wildscape Series" of classes given by the Texas and Wildlife, I developed a landscaping plan for the entire property. I am using this plan as a "guide" and am doing quite a bit of substituting on the plant list. But I am keeping to the overall theme of the plan. This year (2000) when I starting putting in the bedding areas, I found that having a plan was a big benefit. This picture is just a small portion of the overall landscape plan. I use it here just to give you an idea of the planning that you may use in developing your garden areas.

Objectives

To provide a place for wildlife. Most notably birds and small retiles.
To include in the planting as many of the plants on the Texas Wildscaping planting list as possible. I want this garden to be a teaching garden.
